Families who adopt children with special needs may qualify for Title IV-E Adoption Assistance Benefits, a federally created benefit that is funded in part with state funds and in part with federal funds. Sherry has extensive experience with negotiating Title IV-E benefits on behalf of children and their adoptive parents and with seeking the payment of retroactive benefits wrongly denied to a child.
